3.ORDERS

This Website offers for sale certain products (the “Products”) domestically (i.e. in India) and internationally. If you purchase any Products, you will be responsible for paying any applicable tax, which will be elaborated at the time of checkout. You can register by clicking on the Registration Link and create an “Account” at our website. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases. By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more. We take no responsibility for any order placed/ refund claimed by any minor, any person of unsound mind, unauthorized agents and/or any person otherwise incompetent to place such order/claim refund.

4.DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional business days to process.

We ship from Mumbai India to all Territories in India except those PIN Codes not serviced by our Logistics Partner.  The cost of shipping will be calculated and indicated at the time of Checkout. The price you see on the checkout page is inclusive of shipping cost and is exactly what you would pay.

PLEASE NOTE: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. No extra handling charges will be charged to you at the time of delivery. Please do not make any such extra payments to anyone at the time of delivery.

If you are not home, the order will be taken back and marked as not delivered. You can then obtain directions on how to procure your order.

You could track the status of your order from the “My Account” Tab available on the Homepage of our website which shall give a personalized space to view and track all your Orders with us. Unless requested by the Logistics partner, we do not require a signature for delivery. We do not ask for any personal information from our customers at the time of delivery other than identification proof. Please be careful while providing any information to any person claiming to be an agent of  www.rahulsingh.co.

Not all products qualify for Fast Track Shipping. The order will be dispatched only after receipt of payment from your end. Estimated time of delivery shall be calculated from the date of dispatch only.

6.RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Order once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Please note: Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources.

We want our customers to love the experience of shopping with us and feel happy with their purchases, but if something isn’t right, let us know. The product can only be exchanged for colour, size, damage or another style as well, if it is in stock. You just have to inform us of change required within 48 hours of receipt of product.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange.

EASY DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept any replacement if the product is not dispatched to us after 48 hours days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the replacement  request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Replacement Accepted” confirmation email from us.

Replacement will not be accepted

• If the products has been damaged by you.
• If it’s altered as per specs shared by you.
• If it has been worn.
• If the products does not has its original packaging along with original tags.
